Requirements for applicants

Don't send your application if you don't meet the requirements!

1. you must be healthy and fit. Physically and mentally. If you are ill, need therapy or counselling regularly, do not apply. We can not take care of you constantly, we can not save your soul and we will not be your therapist.

Those who get therapy or medication but can handle their life without permanent control by a doctor/therapist are welcome to apply.

But can't expect us to be your doctor or therapist, we just want to have a good time in the sun. Also if you have major depressions, please don't apply. You can apply when you feel better and when you have worked on solving your issues.

As for physical health, no one with a BMI under 16.8 will be allowed. It would ruin everyones holiday if we had someone emaciated among us whom we had to take to the hospital. I'm sure you understand. Personally I don't like to look at really emaciated people. What I prefer is the runway model type, not the "one foot in the grave-concentration camp girl" .

Since I promote a healthy ed life, as healthy as you can be with an ed, we all need to have about the same idea of this holiday camp. The skinny girl with the ed who likes her model-like body. :)

So if you hate your body or hate yourself, you can still apply, but please don't rant on the camp. We will not be around you and tell you how pretty and skinny you are all day long. If you wish, you can diet and get excercise, there's plenty of activities for us. But try to be positive about the future and the holiday.

If you're suicidal you're not allowed to come! Get counselling and medication first.

2. no drugs. End of discussion! Drugs are illegal in Egypt and if they catch you with drugs you'll go to jail...Egyptian jails are HELL! You don't want that!

Note: smoking cigarettes (tobacco!) is ok, as long as it's outdoors. No indoor smoking allowed (by the landlord). As for alcohol, no alcohol on the property allowed! Please respect those rules. If you don't agree, then don`t apply. Alcohol is a delicate issue in Egypt.

If you need alcohol, you can go to a bar and drink there, tough I am strictly against binge-drinking. If you're drunk you have to sleep outside of the house and the property. So you'll need to get a hotel room. I hope you can agree on not getting drunk during your stay.

Prescription medicamentation is allowed.

3. don't bring food to the house other than fruit and vegetable. You can bring diet soda, coffee and gum. But nothing anyone would get triggered to binge on. We want to stay healthy and safe.

If we're hungry and want something else than raw food, we can go to a nereby restaurant or buy food and eat it outside of the property. But be moderate- binges are unhealthy.

4. no guys. Sorry! It's a girls only vacation. Of course it is allowed to meet guys, but I meant, living in the house is for girls only.

5. Pets: I don't know if they're allowed. I have to check with the landlord. If they're allowed and no one has allergies or phobias, I would welcome some dogs among us. :) If they're housebroken, vaccinated and peaceful. Please send me an email for further information.
